Leaders@Camp Cappadocia Gathering

At Leaders@Camp Cappadocia 2026, Gülfem Alapala, Board Member of Alapala Holding, shared her insights on the impact of artificial intelligence on organizations, the evolving role of Human Resources, and the growing importance of continuous learning in the future of work.

While artificial intelligence is automating many of the operational functions traditionally supported by HR, it also seems to require the creation of collective intelligence systems within organizations. This suggests that Human Resources will evolve into a system architect, responsible for shaping and managing the relationships between AI, employees, and organizations.

We are not machines that simply process information; we also exist through our relationships. In this context, the rise of artificial intelligence does not signal the end of stories, but rather their transformation. Education will become even more important moving forward. People who are adaptable to change and committed to continuous learning will continue to contribute meaningfully to organizations.

At this point, what we are witnessing is not the disappearance of the story, but its transformation. Throughout Leaders@Camp, leaders from diverse industries came together to exchange perspectives and experiences on the future of business and leadership.
