Henry Simon, a joint venture between Alapala and Satake Corporation, has donated eight sets of laboratory roller mills to Kansas State University’s Western Star Global Grain and Food Center.
Installed and commissioned by Alapala’s engineering team, the equipment will provide students with hands-on experience in modern grain milling processes, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industry applications.
This initiative reflects the shared commitment of Alapala and Satake to advancing milling education, innovation, and the future of the global grain processing industry.
